Upgrade to WordPress 2.0.4

I finally got around to upgrading to WordPress 2.0.4 for this site, Like that Idea. A number of security fixes were in this release as well as more than 50 bug fixes. Wordpress 2.0.4 has been out for more than a month, so this is an unusually late upgrade for me. Still can’t quite figure the cache part out, but removed some very old cache files and will see if that does the trick.
